Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Retail Customer Account Manager who can take ownership of customer accounts, stay organized across multiple priorities, and confidently coordinate with customers and internal teams to keep orders and operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned retail and wholesale customer accounts, taking ownership of daily operations, customer relationships, and overall account performance
Coordinate customer onboarding, product setup, pricing programs, purchase orders, and EDI activity
Oversee orders from receipt through fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and invoicing while ensuring customer routing and compliance requirements are met
Partner with fulfillment, warehouse, purchasing, accounting, and sales teams to maintain inventory availability, order accuracy, product quality, and timely delivery
Serve as a key customer contact, managing communication, customer portals, returns, shortages, shipment claims, deductions, and chargebacks
Monitor account health, sales and product performance, customer compliance, and opportunities for growth and process improvement

Requirements:

Experience in customer account management, order management, sales support, operations, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts, orders, deadlines, and priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing purchase orders, pricing, invoicing, customer requirements, and account information
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, warehouse, fulfillment, purchasing, accounting, and other internal teams to resolve issues
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of customer issues and find solutions while maintaining account profitability and customer satisfaction
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:

$22/Hour
