Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Information Technology (IT) Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge IT solutions that drive operational excellence. Your expertise will ensure the security and integrity of our digital environment. Duties

Proprietary Inventory Software & EDI: Provide daily support for the company’s proprietary inventory and shipping system (OTE), including the outside processor module, and apply working knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes. This is a core daily responsibility supporting all system users and data entry.
Barcode Scanners / Scan Guns and Mobile Phones: Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain handheld scan guns and barcode printers, including hands-on support on the active warehouse and manufacturing floor.
Install and remove software from computer systems and networks; diagnose and repair technical issues; and plan, design, implement, and administer user networks.
Ensure all hardware and software function properly; assemble hardware; install and remove software; troubleshoot computer equipment; and recover lost or accidentally deleted data.
Maintain a deep understanding of common software and systems as well as the company’s proprietary software and systems (OTE).
Provide first-line support for applicable hardware including servers, PCs, laptops, printers, fax machines, barcode scanners, barcode printers, and other hardware. Perform routine preventative maintenance and diagnostics for all hardware.
Provide first-line support for software including MS Office, MS Windows, Outlook, and Excel. Load and maintain software for users and troubleshoot problems.
Coordinate with vendors or external third-party consultants to provide technical solutions for business and operational needs.
Conduct, arrange, and coordinate documentation and user training for all applicable hardware and software.
Other duties may be assigned outside of this scope.

Required Education and Experience:

This role leads with hands-on experience and relevant certifications. Formal degrees are valued but secondary to demonstrated ability.

1–2 years of hands-on IT support experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are strongly preferred and may be considered in place of a degree.
Basic computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting experience (servers, computers, printers, and scanners) is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting a proprietary inventory/shipping system and working knowledge of EDI processes is preferred.

Preferred Education and Experience: An Associate’s or technical degree in a related field (information technology, computer science, etc.) is a plus. Candidates working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a computer-related field are also welcome.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 24/7 on-call responsibility
