Job Title: Urology Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Schedule: Full-time

Job Summary: Are you a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner looking to specialize? An established, high-volume urology practice in the San Antonio, Texas area is seeking a provider to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

Manage a panel of patients in an outpatient clinic setting (Men’s and Women’s Urology).
Perform minor in-office procedures independently (training provided).
Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
Build strong, long-term rapport with patients.
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with scope of practice.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Texas State License (PA or NP) and Board Certification.
Experience: Previous urology experience is a plus, but candidates with experience in other fields or new graduates with urology clinical rotations and interest in the urology field are strongly encouraged to apply.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are essential for patient education.
