Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join our community health center in the city of Bloomington, CA!

The Site Supervisor will assist the Site Manager in overseeing and directing all daily operations of the clinic, working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; coordinate the daily staff functions and schedules; responsible for the effective implementation of CHSI policies and procedures, assists in overseeing the record keeping concerning any grant that operates at their location and for meeting site productivity standards.

This is a Full-Time Exempt position with benefits.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the oversight of the training of all staff members to ensure new and ongoing training; works in conjunction with various CHSI departments and staff members to fulfill this responsibility.
Works with the Site Manager to adequately staff clinic on a daily basis.
Acquires and maintains a moderate understanding of the functional architecture, security and compliance requirements of assigned systems and integration.
Responsible for motivating and directing staff to meet the productivity standards for the site.
Responsible for participating in quality improvement projects/activities and accountable for quality and PCMH.
Assists in the oversight of recording and reporting for any grant that operates within the facility.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees all daily operations and tasks of entire clinic staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

BA degree and/or minimum five (5) years management experience in a health clinic or related field or at least six (6) years applicable work experience.
Experience working within an integrated healthcare system environment.
Experience working with an EHR; NextGen experience is an asset.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong leadership skills; sound decision making skills and the ability to motivate personnel are required
A high standard of professionalism and professional ethics and conduct is expected in speech, manner, attitude and appearance at all times.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Ability to deal effectively with changing situations and stressful environment.
Must possess good “customer service” including verbal and written communication.
Proficient level of knowledge and the ability to use modern office equipment and systems to include Word and Excel spreadsheets is required.
Ability to perform tasks related to physical activity to complete the responsibilities of the position.
