You got into copywriting because words can move people. You want yours to matter, not just add to the noise. The kind of copy that helps someone finally understand money, take control of their wealth, and change how they live.

This is that seat. You write the ads, funnels, and emails that turn a massive, warm audience into booked calls, for a brand with a real voice and offers that deliver. High volume, real creative freedom, and real budget behind your best work, so it reaches the people who need to hear it.

Mark Moss Media is on a mission to inspire financial freedom through disruptive ideas in finance, Bitcoin, and personal sovereignty. Our content reaches millions each month across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and beyond.

We have a warm audience and an offer that converts. What's missing is a writer who turns attention into booked calls across ads, funnels, and email. That's the constraint on growth right now, and it's the whole job.

I know everyone in this space wants to be a contractor juggling five clients. That's fine, but it's not this role. Great work for one brand comes from living inside that brand, not renting yourself out to it. We're not looking for a contractor or an employee. We're looking for a teammate who wants to build something big with great people and puts their full creative energy here.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a high-volume direct-response writer across ads, funnels, and email for a paid offer.
Your copy has converted cold traffic to booked calls against a control, and you have a swipe file of winners to prove it.
You can match a creator's voice so well people can't tell it wasn't them.
You write fast and at volume. This is a shipping seat, not one deliverable a week.
You think in through-lines. The promise in the ad never breaks by the time they hit the booking page.
Bonus: you've written for finance, info-education, or a comparable high-ticket offer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the number: qualified booked calls produced by your copy, measured against the current control.
Write high-volume ad copy and concepts for Meta and other paid, enough to stay ahead of audience fatigue.
Keep five to six distinct acquisition angles in market at a time, briefed with the Head of Marketing.
Write the funnel: opt-in pages, value pages, VSL scripts, and booking pages, with a clean through-line from ad to booked call.
Write the book-a-call nurture sequences behind every lead magnet, plus lifecycle email that each carries a job and a CTA.
Partner with the media buyer on what to test next, and read what the data says actually won.
Iterate on underperformers against a control, driven by funnel drop-off, not opinion.
Build and maintain a hook bank and swipe file the team can reuse.
Feed social hooks and primary text to the scriptwriter seat, so winning angles cross-pollinate.

EXECUTION CADENCE

Quarterly: One Big Rock with measurable Key Results.
Monthly: Milestones that keep the Big Rock on track.
Weekly: A production batch shipped on cadence, plus a creative review with the Head of Marketing on what won and what's next to test.
Daily: Track input KPIs (copy shipped, angles in test, hooks added to the bank).

HOURS

Remote, full-time. Core overlap with PST business hours. Occasional weekends when a launch demands it.
