Full Job Description

We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, friendly and reliable receptionist and coordinator to work in medical office and medical spa. Expected to work around 4-5 days/week (around 30-40 hrs/wk) including Saturdays. Work shifts are typically around 8-9 hours (possibly shorter on weekends) and typicalyl starts between 8-10AM and ends around 4-5PM. Must be quick-learner, multi-tasker, well-organized and team-player. Duties include front and back office work, answering phone calls/emails/chats, checking in/out patients, processing payments, consulting patients for various cosmetic treatments offered by the clinic, assisting physician/nurses in providing treatments, performing allowable treatments under supervision of qualified clinicians and other tasks assigned. Excellent communication, phone, and computer skills (Microsoft Office and EMR/EHR systems) are essential. Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to office dress code as well as safety measures. Prior experience in Medspa or similar settings or work experience in medical offices and hands-on experience with EMRs and scheduling software are highly desired. Professional references required. Not a temp position or summer job; applicants interested in long-term career only.
