Branch Launch Manager

Location: Multiple Locations working in the areas of City Heights, Encanto, Logan heights, North Park, and Downtown!
Compensation: $70,000 Annual Salary (Exempt) + Bonus Opportunity (Up to 10%)
Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite

Are you a natural leader who is passionate about building relationships, developing communities, and creating something from the ground up? We are seeking Branch Launch Managers to help establish and grow new branches for a mission-driven organization dedicated to expanding financial access and supporting underserved communities.

This is not a traditional management role. Branch Launch Managers spend their first six months participating in an immersive training program designed to provide hands-on experience in every aspect of branch operations before taking on leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

Participate in a structured six-month training program focused on community engagement and branch operations
Build relationships within local communities and establish strong referral networks
Recruit and grow membership through community outreach, networking, and engagement activities
Attend local events, job fairs, and community meetings
Learn all aspects of branch operations, membership growth, and relationship management
Help establish and grow new branch locations from the ground up
Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead a successful branch team

What to Expect During Training:

Your first six months will mirror the responsibilities of a Recruitment Associate
You'll spend significant time in the community building relationships and growing membership
You'll receive hands-on training in branch operations, member engagement, and organizational leadership
This role requires a strong commitment to learning the business before transitioning into branch leadership

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
Flexible schedule to meet community and member needs
Valid driver's license required
Must reside within the local hiring area
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus for select locations

Important Information:

This is a 100% onsite position
Community outreach is a major component of the role
This is not a traditional office management position
Candidates should enjoy networking, relationship-building, and community engagement
Passion for the organization's mission is more important than traditional management experience

Compensation & Growth:

$70,000 annual exempt salary
Eligible for up to a 10% performance bonus
