As an Escrow Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Escrow Officers by performing a variety of administrative, escrow tasks that are necessary to the completion of property transactions, while maintaining a smooth workflow in the office and delivering a high level of expertise and impressive customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the escrow team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with organizing client files, documentation, and transaction-related paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
Learn and support the escrow process by tracking transactions, preparing documents, and assisting with file management under the guidance of experienced team members.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and maintain office supply inventory.
Ensure files and documentation are organized, complete, and compliant with company procedures and internal standards.
Collaborate with escrow officers and team members to streamline workflows and provide exceptional service to clients and business partners.
Provide administrative support across departments as needed to help maintain efficient business operations.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in an office setting, preferably in Real Estate.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with escrow software and digital tools.
Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support clients and team members.
