Full Job Description

Monroe OEM, LLC is a manufacturing supplier & distributer that specializes in custom/specialty parts.

Monroe OEM, LLC is currently seeking a dynamic individual for a Customer Service Account Coordinator position. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of specific, assigned customer accounts. This coordinator will directly report to and support the Customer Service Account Supervisor. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, MRP and inventory review/planning, quote and estimation processing, sales order processing, order tracking/open order maintenance, maintaining weekly customer production schedules and inventory spreadsheets, maintaining/building customer relations, maintaining/building vendor relations, expanding business with current customers, email correspondence with customers and vendors, phone support, plus other office administrative tasks and duties as required.

Responsibilities:

Inventory management (MRP review).
Process sales orders to customers.
process purchase orders to vendors.
Follow up on deliveries of product and inventory release schedules with both customers and vendors.
Provide quotes to customers for repeat business
Oversee any quality issues, mis-shipments, etc. for customers.
Maintaining customer relations as well as vendor relations.

Qualifications:

A great attitude and customer service experience. The ability to solve problems, source products & present solutions. The ability to communicate and work well with other employees. The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:30am - 4:00pm.
