Location: 525 B Street, San Diego, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20–$25/hour (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our commercial property management team. This role serves as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors while providing administrative support to the property management office.

Responsibilities

* Greet tenants, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.

* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

* Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.

* Assist with tenant requests and coordinate with the property management team.

* Create and track work orders as needed.

* Issue and manage building access cards.

* Maintain office files, records, and office supplies.

* Coordinate meetings and appointments.

* Support administrative and operational tasks for the property management team.

* Perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

* Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus, but not required.
