Recruiter - La Jolla, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiter to join our client's Human Resources team in La Jolla, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions
Create and post job advertisements on multiple recruiting platforms
Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Prepare and extend offer letters and assist with salary negotiations
Facilitate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with recruiting reports, metrics, and other HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday, Greenhouse, ADP Recruiting, or similar
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Assignment Details:

6 month contract role, possibility to go permanent
Onsite role
Located in La Jolla, San Diego
Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour DOE
Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
