We are looking for an Operations Support Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a dynamic role that blends customer service, sample intake, and B2B sales.

MANDATORY 2 YEARS EXPERINCE WORKING IN AN ANALYTICAL TESTING LABORATORY, SPECILAIZING IN CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGIOCAL ANALYSIS.

Position Overview:

The Operations Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth laboratory operations, client satisfaction, and business growth. This position requires multi-talented team player who can efficiently manage client inquiries, process lab samples, and engage in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care (40%)

Support the Client Care Specialist as needed via the following tasks:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding lab test results, procedures, discrepancies, turn around time and general support.
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with the lab team to ensure timely and accurate communication of test results.
Maintain client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Sample Intake Associate (60%)

Support Sample Intake Specialist as needed via the following tasks:

Receive and check in lab samples using our laboratory software system.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Communicate with clients regarding sample submission requirements and status updates.
Collect payments

Outstanding attendance and punctuality
Professional communication skills written and verbal with a client-first mindset.
Strong moral and work ethic
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, and prioritize in real time based on business needs.
Sales-driven mentality with experience in B2B outreach.
Experience in a lab, scientific, or regulated industry is a plus but not required.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experienced in CRM (HubSpot, Sales Force, etc.) and lab management software (LIMS) is a bonus.
