Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. This pivotal role combines team leadership, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and manage food production and service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

Lead the kitchen team by supervising daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold high-quality standards.
Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, hygiene practices, and health regulations across all kitchen operations.
Oversee catering events, banquet functions, and special dining occasions with meticulous attention to detail.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a motivated team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in elevated dining environments with a strong background in food production and culinary arts.
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership in managing kitchen teams effectively.
Extensive banquet, catering, and restaurant management experience within the food industry.
Knowledge of dietary department procedures, food handling protocols, and food safety sanitizing procedures.
Skilled in menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and food service management.
Strong understanding of kitchen management systems including inventory control and shift scheduling.
Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality and serving guests at the highest level.
