What you'll do:
As the newest Optometrist on the team, you’ll provide comprehensive routine and medical eye care in a private practice setting, including eye examinations, ocular disease management, glasses and contact lens prescriptions, and patient education. You’ll document care accurately in the electronic health record, coordinate with healthcare providers as needed, and collaborate with opticians, technicians, and front desk staff to support smooth patient flow and an exceptional patient experience. You’ll also work with advanced technology, including Optos, HFA-3, OCT with anterior segment, autorefractor, and topographer, while helping grow specialty services and maintain a friendly, patient-centered environment. This role can be part-time or full-time and offers 24 to 40 hours per week, with 30- to 45-minute exam slots across the optometrist team.
