Fine Jewelry Sales & Operations Lead
About Lulu Designs
Lulu Designs is an independent fine jewelry studio and boutique located in the historic Mill Valley Lumber Yard. Our flagship gallery offers fine jewelry and curated artisan gifts, while our working studio specializes in custom design, signature Lulu collections, and jewelry repairs.
We have an established clientele and work closely with our customers on custom projects, jewelry purchases, and meaningful gifts. Our small, dynamic team includes jewelers, designers, and creatives working together in a collaborative environment.
The Position
We are looking for a Fine Jewelry Sales & Operations Lead who brings more than traditional retail experience. The right candidate will be great with people, committed to excellent customer service, and able to communicate professionally and warmly.

We are a tech-forward creative business that uses software and AI tools to improve our organization, efficiency, communication, and creative process. Strong computer skills, curiosity, and the ability to learn new systems are essential.
We are also developing new signature collections, so experience with project workflows and creative collaboration would be a significant asset. Photography, content creation, or other visual creative skills are highly desirable.
