- High-visibility vest or shirt
- Steel-toe or approved work boots
We strictly follow OSHA regulations and silica dust control practices using HEPA vacuums and professional dust collection systems.
What You'll Do
- Concrete grinding and polishing
- Surface preparation
- Coating and adhesive removal
- Epoxy and decorative concrete installation
- Concrete overlays and restoration
- Operate Lavina grinders, burnishers, HEPA vacuums, and hand tools
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Work efficiently with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred
- Concrete polishing, epoxy, or decorative concrete experience is a plus
- OSHA-10 certification preferred (training opportunities available)
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Physically able to lift equipment and materials
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, or overtime when required
