About the Company

Pro Structural, Inc. (PSI) is a growing commercial structural concrete and masonry contractor specializing in Federal military, public works, industrial, educational, and other commercial projects throughout California.

Job Overview - Build Projects You Can Be Proud Of

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent who can lead field operations, manage crews, coordinate with project management, and deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that values integrity, safety, teamwork, and accountability.

Duties

Manage all daily field operations on commercial concrete projects.
Supervise foremen, field crews, and equipment.
Plan and coordinate concrete pours and daily work activities.
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, inspections, and material deliveries.
Maintain production schedules and look-ahead planning.
Ensure work meets company quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and Inspectors.
Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
Visit job sites as required.

Requirements

10+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman.
ACI Certified.
Experience managing multiple crews on commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of: Foundations, Slab-on-grade, Structural concrete, Cast-in-pace walls, Elevated decks, Retaining walls, Site concrete, Formwork, Reinforcing steel installation, Concrete placement and finishing
Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Spanish speaking ability as a plus.
OSHA 30 preferred.
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
Valid California driver's license.
Must be willing to submit to a background check and motor vehicle report history prior to employment
