Tingna Dance Studio is seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to support our daily operations in North San Jose. As the "face" of our studio, you will ensure a welcoming experience for families, support our instructors with class logistics, and help maintain a vibrant, organized environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere, loves music/dance, and wants to grow in an administrative role.

Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors. Greet families, assist new students with registration, and handle routine communication tasks, including proactively following up with trial students to encourage enrollment.
- Class Coordination: Support daily class flow by preparing materials (such as name tags and birthday bags) and managing student check-ins. Monitor class rosters to flag low enrollment and assist with recording class routines.
- Social Media Assistance: Help keep our community engaged by posting daily schedules, promo videos, and studio updates to our social media groups (WeChat, Instagram) and ensuring information is current.
- Studio Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized environment. Perform opening and closing duties (managing lights/TVs, organizing the lobby), monitor supply levels to report shortages, and assist with basic facility upkeep like lost & found or trash management.
- Event Support: Provide on-site assistance for studio events, including helping with setup and breakdown for dance parties, recitals, and weekend activities.
Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required.
- Commitment: We are looking for candidates who can commit to at least 20 hours per week or Full-Time positions.
- Schedule: Our studio opens Weekdays (2 PM - 7 PM) and Weekends (9 AM - 8 PM). Work shifts are shared among colleagues.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide hands-on training.

Base Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
