Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal / Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support immigration law cases while working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth case progression. Whether you are an experienced senior paralegal or a junior professional eager to grow, you will play a vital role in managing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting with client communications. This position is paid and provides a collaborative environment where your organizational skills and legal support expertise will make a meaningful impact.

Duties

Prepare and file immigration applications, including:

Asylum
U-Visa
VAWA
Removal defense filings
Family petitions
Naturalization
Waiver applications

Draft declarations and client statements

Prepare USCIS and EOIR filings

Track deadlines and RFE responses

Communicate with clients and collect supporting evidence

Manage case files from intake through adjudication

Assist the attorney with legal research and case strategy

Requirements

3–5+ years of immigration experience
Strong writing ability (declarations, cover letters)
Familiarity with USCIS forms and filing procedures
High attention to detail
Ability to manage 60 active cases
Bilingual preferred in Spanish
