As an Independent Financial Professional, you’ll help individuals, families, and business owners:

Protect their loved ones through life insurance with Living Benefits
Prepare for retirement and long-term financial security
Build wealth and protect their hard-earned assets
Make informed financial decisions through education—not pressure

In addition to serving clients, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, creating long-term residual income and leadership opportunities.

Training & Support:

Step-by-step training (insurance basics, sales skills, systems, and compliance)
Ongoing mentorship and coaching
Licensing guidance for the state of CA.
Remote systems and tools provided

Work Schedule & Location:

90% remote / work from home
Flexible hours (part-time or full-time based on your availability)
Ideal for parents managing childcare, school schedules, or household responsibilities

Compensation:

Commission-based pay (1099 independent contractor role)
Paid directly by insurance carriers after appointment
Income is performance-based; no income cap
No base salary, hourly wage, or employee benefits

Licensing & Compliance (Important):

This is a self-employed, independent contractor position, not an employee role
Candidates must obtain and maintain a valid Life Insurance Producer License in their resident state prior to selling
