Full Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an established, high-end medical aesthetics practice in Aptos, California, to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about aesthetic medicine.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative team that combines advanced aesthetic technology with personalized, patient-centered care. You'll work alongside experienced providers and aestheticians while treating an established, loyal patient base in a beautiful coastal setting.

What You'll Do

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, and Radiesse®
Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
Perform advanced laser treatments utilizing state-of-the-art Sciton technology, including Halo®, MOXI®, BBL HEROic®, SkinTyte®, laser resurfacing, and laser hair removal
Provide women's wellness laser treatments
Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance plans
Collaborate closely with medical assistants and licensed aestheticians to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Maintain accurate medical documentation while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care

What We're Looking For

Current California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injectable experience
Proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Experience with laser treatments preferred (advanced training available)
Strong consultation and patient relationship skills
Passion for delivering natural, confidence-boosting results
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to exceptional patient care
Availability of at least three days per week
