Full Job Description

We’re hiring a dependable Pool Technician to join our team every Tuesday and Wednesday. Start time for both days is 8am at the first pool. This role is focused on high-quality weekly pool maintenance—keeping pools clean, balanced, and customer-ready. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, communicates consistently with our office, and completes clear service reporting and data entry after each stop.

Responsibilities

Perform weekly pool maintenance, including:
Skimming, brushing, emptying baskets, and ensuring the pool area is left clean
Testing and balancing water chemistry using company procedures
Adding chemicals safely and accurately
Complete service reports in our pool service software for every visit:
Record test results, chemical additions, and notes
Take photos of each step in the app
Flag problems clearly
Communicate regularly with the office
Respond to texts/calls during your route as needed
Report service issues, customer concerns, access problems, and supply needs
Check company vehicle supplies for daily operations (chemicals, tools, test kit, PPE)

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable working outdoors in heat and cold and staying efficient throughout the day
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and consistency
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Reliable communication habits with both customers and the office
Solid follow-through on reporting, notes, and data entry
Valid driver’s license for 3 years and clean driving record
