Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-Time
Salary: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Four ten-hour shifts. Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
Answer phones and manage high call volume efficiently
Schedule appointments across a multi-doctor calendar
Check patients in and out accurately
Review estimates and invoices with clarity and confidence
Collect payments and process transactions accurately
Communicate hospital policies and service recommendations clearly
Coordinate closely with technicians and doctors to maintain smooth patient flow
Maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas
Follow up with clients via calls, texts, or emails as needed
Document communication accurately in medical records
