About the Role:

The Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time) plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and professional front desk operations during weekend hours. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a welcoming and organized environment. The receptionist will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office. By maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication, the receptionist contributes to a positive experience for all stakeholders. This role requires reliability, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and scheduling software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently during weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multi-line phone systems.
Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Prior experience in a healthcare, corporate, or hospitality environment.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries during weekend hours.
