Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physician MD to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive medical care across a diverse patient population, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassionate patient service. Your expertise will support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes while collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to establish accurate diagnoses.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine and current clinical guidelines.
Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) to document patient encounters, test results, and treatment progress efficiently.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals such as specialists in cardiology, oncology, neurology, pediatrics, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive care.
Perform diagnostic evaluations using medical imaging techniques like CT scans or radiology reports when necessary for accurate diagnosis.
Manage inpatient and outpatient care settings, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintaining high standards of patient confidentiality.
Engage in continuous professional development through clinical research, training in new procedures like catheterization or botulinum toxin treatments, and staying current with medical advancements.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
Post-residency experience in specialties such as internal medicine, family medicine, anesthesiology, or relevant fields; experience in critical care or hospital settings is highly valued.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for efficient documentation and patient management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare diagnosis processes, medical terminology, and physiology principles.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, radiologists, and other healthcare providers.
Experience performing procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, airway management, or diagnostic radiology is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education; compassionate approach to diverse patient populations.
Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications like ACLS or PALS are advantageous for specific specialties.
