Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data to support decision-making and improve operational performance. You will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and reports to assist in strategic planning and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop financial models to support decision-making processes
- Perform cash flow analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing cash management
- Utilize financial software to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing tools such as VBA, SQL, and Pivot tables
- Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience working with Hyperion or similar financial systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $44,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounting: 6 years (Required)
