This role is responsible for developing and implementing credit policies, managing credit risk, overseeing the collections process, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role requires a strong background in revenue cycle management and exceptional customer service skills.

Essential Duties

Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine creditworthiness of potencial clients.
Manage the team responsible for collections, credit approvals, and customer account maintenance.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and reduce DSO.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve disputes.
Collaborate with sales and legal teams to manage delinquent accounts.
Lead and develop team members through coaching.

Requirements

5 years or more of experience in these functions.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in ERP and accounting software for collections.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
