We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Civil Engineer / Project Engineer to join our construction team.

In this role, you will play a key part in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential and commercial projects. You will work in a design-build environment, collaborating directly with clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and field teams to transform customized concepts into exceptional spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee high-end construction, remodeling, and interior projects from the planning stage through completion.
Review and interpret plans, specifications, technical drawings, and construction documentation to ensure accurate project execution.
Prepare and maintain updated schedules, budgets, estimates, progress reports, and project-related documentation.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and internal teams to support efficient project execution.
Supervise assigned project personnel and provide clear direction regarding priorities, deadlines, and quality expectations.
Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and confirm compliance with established standards.
Use AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel to review technical information, coordinate project details, and support planning and follow-up processes.
Promote a collaborative, accountable, quality-driven, and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Three to five years of experience in construction, remodeling, interior construction, or project management.
Experience working in a design-build environment.
Experience with customized, high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prepare and manage estimates, budgets, schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
Experience supervising personnel and coordinating multiple project resources or stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability to travel between project locations.
A current Professional Engineer license is not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $55,000.00–$60,000.00.
