Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure spaces are spotless and hygienic
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and routine maintenance to preserve their appearance and longevity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times
- Execute janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies to uphold cleanliness standards
- Manage residential or commercial cleaning schedules effectively while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, supporting team coordination and quality control efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services such as residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor maintenance procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities is preferred
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
