Job Summary
In this role, you'll drive supply resiliency for our two sites in a time of growth. The role will execute Sourcing and BCP strategies, vendor management and business support to keep our operations running smoothly — while building skills across contracting, negotiation and analytics.
Main responsibilities
- Manage indirect materials & services to keep manufacturing on schedule
- Lead RFPs and sourcing projects — from requirements through vendor selection and contracting
- Negotiate supplier agreements and support critical/strategic negotiations
- Analyze spending and market trends to recommend sourcing strategies
- Build and manage supplier relationships, tracking performance and driving continuous improvement
- Assess and mitigate supply chain risk, including vendor financial evaluation
- Partner cross-functionally with business owners, corporate procurement, and legal
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Materials Management, or Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Comfortable working with AI tools, work in a 24/7 operation environment and managing multiple priorities.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$52,500 - $77,000
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
