Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator or Treatment Coordinator with a background in healthcare and strong communication skills.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Dental Treatment Coordinator
- Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
- Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator
- Med Spa Patient Coordinator
- Chiropractic Patient Coordinator
Spanish/English bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Present treatment recommendations after the doctor's consultation.
- Educate patients on recommended care and answer questions.
- Discuss financial options and payment plans.
- Help patients confidently begin recommended treatment.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and compassionately.
- Follow up with patients who have not yet started care.
- Reactivate inactive patients through phone, text, and email.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Schedule patients to maximize continuity of care.
- Coordinate personal injury case documentation and follow-up.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed.
- Help grow the practice by improving patient acceptance and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in treatment coordination, patient coordination, healthcare sales, or a similar role.
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding patients through healthcare decisions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers and practice management software.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Schedule
Approximately 20–30 hours per week.
Afternoon and evening availability is required, with a typical schedule between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Additional hours may become available as the practice continues to grow.
Compensation
Hourly Pay:
$24.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
In addition, you'll have the opportunity to earn substantial monthly performance bonuses based on measurable practice growth, patient treatment acceptance, patient retention, and overall contribution to the success of the practice.
Top performers have the opportunity to earn an additional $1,000–$3,000+ per month as the practice grows.
