Chiropractor | Sports & Performance

SF Custom Chiropractic | Alameda, CA

SF Custom Chiropractic is expanding to Alameda and is seeking an outgoing, motivated chiropractor to help lead our newest location within a premium fitness and performance environment.

This is a unique opportunity for a chiropractor who enjoys working with active adults and athletes and wants to build a strong patient base with the support, systems, and infrastructure of an established chiropractic practice.

Our Alameda location will provide an integrated approach to musculoskeletal care combining chiropractic treatment, soft tissue therapy, mobility, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation.

The Opportunity

Approximately 30–32 hours per week

Combination of morning and evening hours

Performance-based compensation with significant growth potential

Established practice systems and operational support

Strong opportunities for internal referrals and patient growth

Integrated fitness and performance environment

Opportunity to collaborate with personal trainers and fitness professionals

New location launching October 2026

What You'll Do

Provide individualized chiropractic care for active adults, athletes, and patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.

Utilize chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, mobility work, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation as clinically appropriate.

Build strong relationships with patients, trainers, staff, and the surrounding fitness community.

Participate in occasional workshops, movement screenings, educational events, and community activities.

Help develop an exceptional patient experience that drives retention, referrals, and long-term practice growth.

What We're Looking For

Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.

Active California chiropractic license for 2 years or greater

Loves fitness and exercise and being around that environment

Strong chiropractic adjusting skills.

Experience in sports chiropractic and musculoskeletal care.

Experience with soft tissue techniques, corrective exercise, rehabilitation, ART, IASTM, cupping, or similar approaches is preferred.

Professional, personable, and confident communicating with patients.

Motivated to build relationships and grow a patient base.

Comfortable working collaboratively with fitness professionals.

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation

Competitive performance-based compensation with substantial earning potential as the patient schedule grows.

The compensation structure and earning model will be discussed in detail with qualified candidates during the interview process.
