Full Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on CNC Lathe Setup Machinist for precision, low-volume machined components — not a production button-pusher role.

Responsibilities

Set up and run CNC lathes for a range of parts
Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds as needed
Work from prints to produce accurate components
Machine materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and specialty alloys
Inspect parts using standard measuring tools
Maintain an organized work area

Equipment

Haas CNC lathes
DN Solutions / Doosan equipment
Takisawa machines
FANUC and Haas controls

Qualifications

CNC lathe experience required
Setup experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Familiarity with FANUC or Haas controls
Detail-oriented and dependable

Work Environment

Day shift, Monday through Friday
Overtime available based on workload

Compensation & Benefits

$34–$54/hour depending on experience
