AAGI Gymnastics is looking for a Preschool Director to lead our preschool gymnastics program for children ages 6 months to 5 years. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring staff, building relationships with families, and creating an exceptional experience for every child who walks through our doors.
Position Details
- Full-Time: 30-35 hours per week
- Pay: $16-$19 per hour (based on experience)
- Benefits: Paid Time Off and Health Insurance available after 90 days of employment
What You'll Do
As our Preschool Director, you'll help lead one of the most important programs in our gym by:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing our preschool coaching team.
- Creating a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Designing and maintaining engaging preschool lesson plans and class structures.
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all preschool classes.
- Welcoming new families and creating memorable first-day experiences.
- Supporting student evaluations and class placements.
- Following up with families to build relationships and increase member retention.
- Working alongside management to improve programming and daily operations.
- Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and program organization.
- Creating fun Instagram stories and behind-the-scenes content to showcase our preschool program.
- Helping grow enrollment through outstanding customer service and community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching preschool gymnastics, dance, cheer, early childhood education, or a related field.
- Leadership or management experience is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
