Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a CNC Operator to be an integral part of our Pipe Support team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Operate saws, basic grinding, lapping, cleaning, deburring or other simple, routine operations.
- Follow written and verbal procedures as assigned.
- Read and interpret work order routings, prints, sketches, and tool sheets, as required.
- Must be able to recognize and understand machine functions as required.
- Knowledge of working with a variety of materials is required.
- Set up and operate a variety of manual machines to perform simple to basic operations.
- Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies, reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Make proper router & time report entries.
- Keep machine(s) / work area clean and orderly.
- Perform other duties as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; preferred
- Experience: 0 to 1 Year Experience in field or related area
- Computer Skills: Not applicable
Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
