Full Job Description

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Document Controller II to be an integral part of our fabrication team. Epic takes pride in our quality of work and has a goal of building our workforce with the most talented employees. You’ll have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects on a national and global scale. We can meet you at any skill level, whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience under your belt.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Store, manage, and track company documents.
Scan, image, organize, and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures.
Control the retrieval of documents.
Responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction, and disaster recovery.
Assist with file migrations and audits.
Prepare spool dossier per approved JI.
Submit final dossier to customer inspector for review.
Maintain and verify lots for welders/line class prior to releasing spools for Paint/Shipment.
Train weld loggers for Xenon data entry and NDE selection.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education: High School Diploma or GED; preferred
Experience: 2+ Years' Experience in field or related area
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office 365. (Microsoft word, excel etc.)
Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
