What You’ll Do

Own technical escalations from beginning to end.
Troubleshoot complex Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and security issues.
Design practical, reliable solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
Mentor and support other engineers.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Work directly with clients as a trusted technical advisor.
Build long-term relationships with the clients you support.
Continuously improve the environments you manage.

Experience We’re Looking For

We’re more interested in how you think than the number of years on your résumé.

That said, successful candidates will typically have:

10+ years supporting Windows business environments.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, and security.
Experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
MSP experience is strongly preferred.
Certifications are valued but not required.
