As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Marbridge’s Villa Community, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a skilled nursing setting. This role goes beyond routine support—it’s about building trust, fostering independence, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who thrive with specialized attention.

CNA Positions Available:

Full-Time - Rotating Days (6:00 AM -2:00 PM)
Full-Time - Rotating Days (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
PRN - As Needed, no set scheduled.

Starts at $20 an hour

Qualifications and Skills:

Nurses’ Aide Certificate from the State of Texas
BLS Certification
Is able to understand and communicate in English
Preferred 1 or more years’ experience as a Certified Nurse Aide

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing or eating
Assist with carrying out residents assessments and care plans
Helping transport patients safely by operating wheelchairs, lifts and rolling hospital beds
Observing patient conditions, identifying potential risk factors for patient wellness and communicating them to Nurses
Updating patient files with vital signs and other information
