F45 Felicita Town Center, right in Escondido, are looking for rockstar coaches to join our team!

We’re not your average gym....F45 is functional training in a high-energy, team setting where coaches lead from the front and members leave every class smiling (and sweating).

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading fun, fast-paced classes of 20–36 people
Bringing the hype, coaching skills, and music energy
Showing members how to move safely and crush their goals
High-fiving, motivating, and making people feel like part of the fam
Helping with check-ins, smooth transitions, and keeping the studio looking sharp

Who We’re Looking For

Group coaching experience (HIIT, circuit, bootcamp, CrossFit, etc.)
Can command a room and fire up the squad
Strong knowledge of form, regressions, progressions, and injury prevention
Positive, reliable, and thrives in a team environment
Not just a coach — an experience maker

Location: F45 Felicita Town Center (Escondido!)
Pay: $25–$35/hr (DOE)
Hours: 5–15 per week

Requirements: Fitness certification + CPR/AED
