Full Job Description

Work Location: Onsite location in Sunnyvale, CA

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm Pacific

Job Status: Full-time, Temporary

Start Date: Jun 1, 2026

End Date: This is a contract role. The project is expected to run through July 31, 2026, but could be extended.

Rate: $33.00/hour

Position Description:

Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the data collected during each session. Moderators will report to the Onsite Manager. The training will be hands-on and interactive, with learning taking place in real time as data is collected. Sessions occur in Sunnyvale, CA

Main Responsibilities:

● Receive participants at the study location and guide them through the data collection in a

controlled environment.

● Ensure all data collection is done per project guidelines and ensure data is properly uploaded.

● Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures before, during, and after each session.

● Perform daily inventory checks and verify all study hardware is present and in good working order.

● Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand

Requirements:

24 months minimum of Study Moderation experience
Experience conducting in-person research sessions
Experience with video and audio recording

Experience with progress tracking and reporting
