Role Overview

Toborlife AI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Coordinator to help shape how the world experiences our brand. You'll create compelling content across our website, blog, product pages, case studies, email campaigns, and social media while ensuring our digital presence remains accurate, engaging, and on-brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Website Marketing

Create and manage content for product pages, landing pages, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Review and QA website content before launch to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand and product messaging.
Translate complex robotics technologies into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content for technical and non-technical audiences.

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Create simple graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to translate technical information into compelling marketing content.
Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other company initiatives.

Project Management

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Take ownership of assigned initiatives with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Help identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content quality, and brand consistency.

About You

1–3 years of experience (including internships) in content marketing, content strategy, technical writing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a related discipline.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience creating website content and social media content.
Understanding of content strategy, information architecture, and user-centered content design for digital experience.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Curious, proactive, adaptable, and excited to learn in a collaborative startup environment.

Team & Exposure

You'll work directly with the Marketing Manager and Design Manager while collaborating with our Web Development, UI/UX, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics, attend industry events, and play a key role in shaping Toborlife AI's brand and digital presence.
