WHAT YOU’LL DO

Deliver elite-level personal training and semi-private coaching sessions
Coach 4–6 clients per hour in a structured environment
Create exceptional client experiences that drive retention and results
Perform fitness and lifestyle assessments
Adapt exercises based on injuries, limitations, and goals
Build accountability, trust, and long-term client relationships
Maintain a clean, organized, high-touch training floor

QUALIFICATIONS

Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
CPR/AED Certification
Minimum 1 year of personal training experience required
Bachelor’s degree or CSCS certification preferred
Semi-private training experience is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$55,000-$90,000 total compensation, plus performance-based bonuses
PTO and paid sick leave
