Job Summary
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, develop care plans, and foster a positive environment for both residents and employees. The ideal candidate will possess financial acumen and experience in long-term care settings, including assisted living and retirement homes.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
Oversee budgeting processes, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
Lead and mentor staff members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on exceptional senior care.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery for residents.
Maintain effective communication with residents' families regarding care plans and facility operations.
Monitor facility performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
