Full Job Description

About Us

We are a growing, luxury medical spa in San Ramon specializing in aesthetic medicine, wellness, and regenerative treatments. Our mission is to provide exceptional results while delivering a warm, personalized experience for every client. We're looking for a friendly, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about aesthetics and committed to providing outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, and other FDA-approved neurotoxins (experience required)
Perform microneedling, PRP/PRF, and other skin rejuvenation treatments (experience required)
Perform IV therapy and hydration treatments safely and according to established protocols (experience required)
Perform laser hair removal and other energy-based treatments (training available for the right candidate)
Conduct comprehensive client consultations, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and skincare recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and treatment records
Follow all safety, infection-control, and California nursing regulations
Maintain treatment rooms, manage inventory, and ensure equipment is properly maintained
Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed, including scheduling appointments and welcoming clients
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up care
Stay current on new aesthetic techniques, products, and treatment protocols

Requirements

Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong IV insertion and IV therapy skills (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable, and confident in a client-facing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience performing Botox, Dysport, or other cosmetic injectables
Experience with microneedling, PRP/PRF, laser treatments, or other aesthetic procedures
Previous medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic nursing experience
Passion for aesthetics and helping clients achieve natural-looking results
Willingness to continue learning and expanding clinical skills through training

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time: Friday & Saturday
$50–$65 per hour (based on experience)
Commission:
10% on treatment package sales
7% on skincare product sales
Paid sick leave in accordance with California law
