Operations & Member Services CoordinatorPart-Time | ~ 20 Hours Per WeekCustomer Experience Operations Marketing SupportAbout Spark Athletics

Spark Athletics is a growing youth cheer and tumbling program serving families throughout the Lamorinda community. We provide high-energy, confidence-building classes through local schools, parks and recreation programs, and community partners.

We're looking for an organized, energetic leader who loves working with kids and wants to play a key role in helping our programs grow.

Experience with customer management, scheduling, or registration software is a strong plus.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, office administration, operations, hospitality, education, youth programs, fitness, or a related field.
Experience with iClassPro or similar scheduling/customer management software preferred.
Proficiency with standard business software (Google Workspace, Canva
Experience working with children and families is strongly preferred.
Available to work on-site approximately 20 hours per week, including afternoons and evenings.

Compensation

$24-30 per hour, depending on experience
Paid training
Opportunity for increased hours and advancement as Spark Athletics grows

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
