About Oasis Madeleine
Oasis Madeleine is a luxury aesthetic wellness destination offering advanced injectables, biostimulators, skin and wellness therapies, and next-generation skin analysis in a warm, concierge-level environment. We believe exceptional clinical outcomes and a genuinely personal experience belong together, every single visit. As a founding facility, we're assembling a small, passionate team that takes pride in doing beautiful work, the right way.
Why this role is different
- You're first. You'll set the tone for injecting artistry and patient care at Oasis Madeleine — and leave a lasting fingerprint on the practice.
- Shape it to your liking. Help build the treatment menu, product lineup, and clinical protocols around your expertise and your philosophy of natural, beautiful results.
- Bring your clients. Continue caring for the clients who already trust you, in a setting that reflects the quality of your work — and grow your book alongside a brand built to attract discerning new patients.
- A beautiful place to practice. A brand-new, luxury space in the heart of downtown Danville, designed for both results and experience.
- Grow with us. As a founding team member, you'll have room to grow into clinical leadership as the practice expands.
What you'll do
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments — neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators — with an eye for natural, individualized results.
- Lead thorough consultations: assess each client, understand their goals, design treatment plans, and set realistic expectations with honesty and care.
- Deliver a concierge-level clinical experience from consultation through follow-up, building the kind of trust that turns clients into loyal, long-term patients.
- Help shape the treatment menu, product selection, and injecting protocols as a founding clinical voice.
- Work in coordination with our medical director and within established good-faith-exam protocols and standardized procedures, in full compliance with California regulations.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, consents, photography, and records.
- Recognize and manage adverse events and complications appropriately, keeping patient safety first at all times.
- Stay current on techniques, products, and best practices — and help bring the best of them into the practice.
What you'll bring
- An active, unrestricted California license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers (biostimulators a strong plus). An established or portable client base is highly valued.
- An artistic eye and a philosophy centered on natural, balanced, client-specific results.
- Excellent judgment, clinical safety instincts, and comfort managing complications (e.g., appropriate use of hyaluronidase).
- Warm, polished communication and a genuine, client-first bedside manner.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- For NP candidates: an active California furnishing license/number and the ability to perform good faith exams is a significant plus; experience practicing under California's expanded NP authority is welcome.
- For RN candidates: comfort injecting pursuant to a good faith exam and orders within our medical director's protocols.
A plus: a following on social media or an existing client book, aesthetics certifications and advanced training, familiarity with platforms like Boulevard, and experience helping open or build a new practice.
Compensation & benefits
- Compensation: competitive, and structured to reward the value you create — base plus per-treatment/commission potential, negotiable based on experience and book of business.
- Employee and friends-and-family treatment discounts.
- Flexible scheduling — full-time or part-time.
- The opportunity to build, and grow with, a premium brand from its very first day.
