At Xtension Envy, we specialize in luxury hair color and premium hair extensions. Our reputation is built on quality, consistency, and delivering exceptional results for every guest who walks through our doors.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Licensed cosmetologists with 2+ years salon experience
Strong skills in color, blonding, balayage, and styling
Extension experience is highly preferred — but we will train the right stylist
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team mentality
Stylists who are coachable, motivated, and excited to grow

This is not the right fit for someone looking for a casual part-time schedule or just filling time behind the chair. We’re looking for ambitious stylists who are hungry to build a real career, grow their income, and be part of something bigger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hair color, blonding, balayage, glossing, and styling services
Extension installation and maintenance (training available)
Client consultations and luxury guest experience
Product recommendations and retail education
Maintaining cleanliness and professional salon standards
