JOURNEYMAN ROOFERS - DORITY ROOFING & SOLAR
$32 to $38 per hour. Full time, year round. Monterey Peninsula.

The work
We want dependable, artisan-type roofers with real experience in slate, clay and concrete tile, wood shake, copper, standing seam metal, composition, and waterproofing. Most of what we install is custom residential roofing across Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Monterey, and Pacific Grove.
What you can expect from us
You get paid weekly and on time, with full workers comp behind you.
Your pay rate is based on the quality of your work. If you care about your work and take pride in it, you will make more money here.
Who we are looking for
Roofers with years of installation experience, ideally including tile and slate. If you have run a crew as a foreman, tell us.
We would rather have four men who know what they are doing than ten who need somebody watching them.

If you have your own crew
Foremen with their own men do not have to break the crew up to come work here. We hire complete crews, and we will talk about what that looks like for everybody in the group.

What you need
- Experience installing roofs
- A valid driver's license
Crews report to the warehouse in Sand City and work across the Monterey Peninsula.
You do not need a resume but you must be able to speak about your work experience.
Our office speaks English and most of our crew speaks Spanish. If English is not your language, that is not a problem here and we will find a way to talk it through.

Buscamos techadores confiables, de tipo artesano, con experiencia real en pizarra, teja de barro y de concreto, shake de madera, cobre, metal standing seam, shingle de composición e impermeabilización. La mayoría de lo que instalamos es residencial personalizado en Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Monterey y Pacific Grove.

Techadores con años de experiencia instalando techos, de preferencia con teja y pizarra. Si has manejado una cuadrilla como foreman, dinos.
Preferimos tener cuatro hombres que sepan lo que están haciendo que diez a los que hay que estar cuidando.
Dority Roofing busca únicamente a los techadores de nivel journeyman más calificados para unirse a nuestro equipo. Los foremen que tienen su propia gente no tienen que separar a su cuadrilla para venir a trabajar aquí. Contratamos cuadrillas completas, y platicamos de cómo queda eso para todos en el grupo.

Lo que necesitas

Las cuadrillas se reportan a la yarda en Sand City y trabajan por toda la península de Monterey.
No necesitas currículum, pero sí tienes que poder platicar sobre tu experiencia de trabajo.
En la oficina hablamos inglés y la mayoría de nuestra cuadrilla habla español. Si el inglés no es tu idioma, aquí no es problema y encontraremos la manera de entendernos.
