Millie's under NEW MANAGEMENT, a restaurant in Priest Lake is hiring Bussers/ Food runners for an immediate start! Housing available for the right candidates!!!!

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner/Busser to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will support the restaurant's service operations by ensuring timely delivery of food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry, strong communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and guest satisfaction.

Duties

Deliver prepared food promptly from the kitchen to dining tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs as directed
Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing under supervision
Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations, dining rooms, and kitchen entry points
Uphold food safety standards during handling and serving of dishes
Assist with banquet or special event setups when required
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Familiarity with POS systems
Experience with serving, bussing, or banquet service is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
Kitchen or culinary experience, hotel experience, or guest services background are beneficial
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
A positive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence
