Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are a fast-growing food vending company looking for a motivated, experienced Office Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by supporting our office, drivers, and warehouse staff.

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday

- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- No Weekends

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and keep everything organized and on track.
Communicate with drivers and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer/vendor communication
Supervise administrative staff to foster a motivated and efficient team.
Maintain records, reports, and inventory tracking.
Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Jump in where needed and solve problems independently.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office management or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment; food service or vending industry.
Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
Self starter who takes initiative without constant direction.
Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
Independent thinker, energetic, and dependable.
